Responsibilities

• To support, monitor, test and troubleshoot all IT-related hardware, systems software and software applications issues.
• Create/maintain/update standard operating procedures, policies, user guide etc and ensure process standards are met and maintained.
• To support LAN, WAN, network segment, Internet and Intranet System.
• To provide training and guidance to end-users on daily IT operations.
• To monitor IT hardware, software and consumable items inventory tracking.
• Follow up with external vendors or internal support teams to address and resolve any reported incidents.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology. Fresh Graduates or graduates with less than 1 year’s related working experience from a recognized university are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good attitude, diligent, High level of commitment and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with natural curiosity to understand MIS.
• Good quantitative/analytical skills and logical thinking with thirst to learn
• Good time management, ability to multi-tasks and prioritize workload.
• Self-starter and able to work effectively with minimum supervision.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, advise, security policy creature, protect, deploy relevant enforcement, security component (hardware & software) configuration, project manage (if required), assessment, hardening.
• Administer networking/data communication technologies such as switches, routers, wireless LAN, VPN, Security devices, Link and Server balancers, etc.
• Responsible for performance monitoring, optimization, capacity planning, and infrastructure security.
• Technical presentation and Prove of Concept. 
• Preparation of Reporting & Documentation.
• Configure and administer the Windows servers, Linux servers and associated application & services.
• Perform system backup, security and data backup.
  
  

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology. Fresh Graduates or graduates with less than 1 year’s related working experience from a recognized university are encouraged to apply.
• Work closely with the DC to plan and ensure that the DC Operations Services are performed with minimal errors.
• Experience in Linux installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting for servers and desktops is an added advantage.
• Have enthusiast to Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) technology.
• As we pledged to provide 99.9% of uptime for our services, there are times candidate maybe required to work at odd hours when system down or unstable in datacenter.
• Minor travelling required from office to datacenter.
• High degree of integrity maturity, self-motivated and positive attitude.
